I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television and a couch bed. Close to a tram station, the location was MARVELLOUS and favourable, near all big historical monuments. A cool bonus was nearby Ast Terrace Restaurant Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

It is situated right in the tourist center, making it convenient to explore major sights on foot. there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity, providing convenience for guests.

One drawback is that the hotel is away from the main sightseeing points in the city.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, especially Mr Mohammad and the Turkish manager. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette, which was convenient. The size of the bedrooms was good, and they were kept clean. the WiFi signals were strong.

One inconvenience was the steep hill leading up to the hotel, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. The cleanliness of the bed sheets and shower cabin was not up to par, with mold present.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. The location was fantastic, being very close to the main attractions of Istanbul and easily accessible from the airport by bus. Plus, it's right in the center.
